This must be the ugliest chart I've ever seen. Please help.

Today's daily chart of the S&P 500 is perhaps the ugliest chart I've ever seen. What on earth do you call this? Where is it going? Please disagree with me and tell me how you've wrapped your head around this monster and can see where she's heading. Until then, I just can't even look at it without getting a headache.
