Market Rotation from Large to Small cap

A comparison over the last 3 months for the returns of S&P 500 and Russell 2000 indexes. The chart shows how the Russell 2000, the index basically comprising the lowest 2000 market cap stocks (among the 3000 of the Russell, which covers 97% o the US market) started skyrocketing in the last few weeks. Moneys are slowling flowing out of large cap into small cap stocks in the wake of upcomiong rate cuts and lowering interest rates.
