Triple bottom breakout , Weekly chart

SPG Recieved a "Well health rating" that help them Soar 7% today. I've had my eye on this stock for months, they own a bunch of property and real estate in malls. Volume was double it's normal today but even that couldn't get it across that conformation line of 95.56.
if they can breakout of that next target is that down trend line (white line) which is at 98.50. After that is the next target 112.50
