RRC update

The bottoming bull H&S price objective has been met. A new setup has popped up and has already broken out measuring to 76.75. I'm cautious here for a few reasons: RSI is not signalling a bull market, price is at horizontal and trend line resistance and there have been sellers in the mid 70's for 5 years. I'm looking to hold this name so I raised my stop to the shake out day low ~66.
