I am looking at the long term chart for RLC right now, since it was added to Binance.

The last time the RSI bounced from 28 on the daily time frame, RLC it went up 100%. That was back in February.

Just two days ago we bounced from this same level, something similar can happen again... This is not the strongest signal of all, but still a bullish signal...
