H&S Invalid if it breaks $40 support. My personal opinion it needs to eventually get back up to $80 to form some type of Cup and Handle.

Head & Shoulder invalid...close below $40 would head to last role reversal @28.
I really thought it would fill gap 60 first before testing some support.
