ES and NQ showed bullish engulfing.
SVXY, QQQ, SMH, XSD, XLK, IXIC, and MAGS closed above fast moving averages — which could start to support price. A bounce or continuation higher remains possible.
SPY is holding above key levels, showing underlying strength, but no clear reversal pattern yet.
On the other hand, RSP, QQQE, DIA, YM, and RUT are approaching fast ema — now likely to act as resistance.
VIX remains above its fast ema, which may provide support.
Not limiting price.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see either a resumption of the rally — especially with large caps closing above the 20 EMA (daily) — or further pullback.
