When to trim / move to a more conservative allocation?

When QQQ moves 8% above the 20 MA (during a long term bullish trend).
Back test this hypothesis?

1. First check if 20w MA is above all SMA's and the rest are above the other. (long term bullish trend)
If met: When price crosses above +8% of 20w MA move to a 30/70 allocation (30 QQQ/ 70 bonds).

If prices crosses below 20w MA move to 80/20 and keep this allocation if 2 weeks later it closes above the 20w MA Else:
Move back to 30/70
