$PTLF - flag pattern with a big time breakout level @ .20

PTLF has moved off of a long term follow and now looks set up to begin a sustained uptrend. .20 marked the ceiling on last months strong rally, but now that the price has pulled back and consolidated it's getting very comfortable testing these upper teens. I think it wants to break .20 and continue what it recently began.
