Placing a position on PRVB for a potential 25-30% Swing on the Trade after the stock completed a reversal from it's most recent breakout to the $20.05. The stock broke out from trading around the $13-$14 Price Ranges back in December after announcing that the company would be initiating its First-In-Human Study of Coxsackievirus B Vaccine Candidate PRV-101. The reached $20.05 at its high before the company announced a proposed offer of 6M Public Shares of Common Stock and then another $100M Public Offering on Jan. 14th in order to access more liquidity.
