PPT - Finding the bottom -> Breakout!?

PPT almost touches the bottom line resistance today but looks to recovering bullishly after a quick ascending wedge. I've been watching PPT since it's massive volume spike days ago, its just waiting to pop.

Looking for volume candles to call out FIB retracement levels. But knowing PPT, I'd say .236 and .382 combo ABC back to next high. I'll graph it when we're there

This chart has me confused. I can say that the USD value has basically stayed the same. Bitcoin is on a tare right now, cause all alts to get pushed down in comparison. Surprised PPT wasn't able to pull out like OMG is doing. Although I will add that BTC is getting systematic pumps of volume in the past 48hrs, beautiful market manipulation.
