PACB - +160% upside with a 1:3.5 RR

Set-up nicely for a breakout.

Seems like its consolidating and due a move up higher on breakout.

I expect the move to be a 2x at least to $4-5.

BUT not yet broken out and I am waiting on confirmation of momentum.
