We are immediately going bullish for this pair for the following few reasons.
If it hit our SL and crossed 71.71 weekly low then It will have a reversed opportunity to go short It is mentioned in another Post.

Bearish Daily Trend has just finished when a healthy bullish Daily Candle break and closed above 72.35
After breaking the daily level at 72.35 it closed above and then retraced at previous week low.
A Bullish wedge had been created which mentioned with the trend lines starting from 27th May 2019 (Upper Trendline) and from 21st June 2019 (Lower Trendline
