Update NVIDIA: Targets hit at 240 and 250.

Our original LONG call at 221 from last week spiked up to Targets at 250.
That might be an exhaustion point for now. Price is at the upper end
of its trading channel.
They may want to fill the gap up from today back down to 233.
That was a nice trade.
