Weird Bull Market Movement? Concerning?

Basically since the august 5 bottom it looks like big boys have been sizing out consistently. This doesn't go back that far, but if you look further back youll find the same result. Just food for thought, not calling for a rug trade but I would be very aware and vigilant. Seems like we are one jenga block away.
