sslq was taken last week, and price has rebalanced to equilibrium following the most recently swing low after sslq was taken. I'm gonna target 21,800.00 at a minimum, which is a daily SIBI, and we'll see what price does from there

It is actually a daily iFVG, so I expect some sort of bearish reaction from that PDA. This would be a great area for price to go lower from if it chooses too.
