Nifty remained flat for this week.

The situation is like glass half full of water - you will call it half full or half empty?
While it failed to make a new high, on a weekly basis, the bias is neutral to positive.
Looking at Global Indices, things look OK for NIFTY for the moment.
However, looking at the daily chart, to make a new high, it will have to break last weeks top of 11760.
