Nifty forms a Local Top - is it time to go down?

The bears have done it again.... and now the time has come for you to pay tuition to the market. Market is never wrong, whatever is printed is final and can not change. Is it time for Nifty to plunge lower? Or surprise everyone and test higher grounds and fall again?
