Here I have marked 2 demand zones on Daily Time Frame. Currently we are in the Demand Zone 1. Now we can shift to Lower Time Frame lets say 1hr, 30mins or 15 mins depending on the clarity and we have to find out the reversal pattern to go long or to buy. Unless and until we get reversal pattern on lower Time Frame that is confirmation on lower Time Frame we won't go for long or Buy.

If we break Demand Zone 1 than we can see Nifty coming to Demand Zone 2 where we can apply the same procedure of shifting to lower Time Frame discussed above and try to find out reversal pattern for buying.
