So today I have gone deeper into the CURRENT WAVE STRUCTURE on an Hourly basis rather than a Daily basis . Marked in PURPLE are the DAILY SUPPORT LINES. In ORANGE the HOURLY RESISTENCE LINES, and in LIGHT GREEN, The AREA where all Suckers will get SUCKED in.
1. Too Many today must have marked the Gap down as ABC/ 2 done. Well is it done yet??? The answer is NO, because the TOP of 1 minus the bottom of "" a"", does not have any equality yet to the downside. I have marked and explained this through the RED ARROWS.
2. So where are we headed now???? The answer to this is 2 fold.
A. Assuming that we have done wave 1 up and are in wave 2 down, then Nifty MUST break below todays Lows and achieve equality to the downside. Then and ONLY Then can we say that YES, AB2 is done.
B. And this is an Interesting observation I have made.( Rather it is a FORECAST of how I perceive the waves to play out currently, and MUST NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY) It is merely to be observed if this happens.
Instead of marking this down wave as AB2 done, I am marking it as ""abA"", meaning we will have a B wave to the upside. In my opinion, B waves will take out the HIGHS of 1, LURING EVERYONE INTO THE GAME AND MAKING THEM BELIEVE THAT THE MARKET IS GOING INTO ALL TIME HIGHS. IT MAY EVEN TEMPORARILY MAKE an ATH, BUT WILL COME DOWN TO FORM A HNS PATTERN, come down further and complete the downside equality. Be careful and DO NOT GET LURED INTO THIS
