NGAS: Long at market or on close, 1 tick above today's high

We have a low risk long opportunity in NGAS here, my signals clients and me have entered longs here, and will look to add and manage it as the setup evolves.
There's a chance for the weekly to fire a strong uptrend, which would open up room to hit 3.23 in the coming weeks.
