Just like other major cryptocurrencies, NEO is posting a fairly bullish chart, indicating potential break up to $10 levels.

As seen in LTC, NEO's jump was halted by a resistance in NEO/BTC value as seen on chart below.

Given the bullish setups, we are either going to see this resistance breaking, or see a rise in BTC price to allow NEO to reach 10$ without breaking this NEO/BTC resistance.
