Update on Decision time for NEO

Since my last update, NEO is now 9.88% down and heading towards that blue support line at 0.00478908 btc being 11.24% down from last support.
If it breaks that blue support then the next support under that is at 0.00454638 btc a further 5.2% down. If you are looking to buy in, it is best to wait to
see what happens at these levels of support.

The airdrop snapshot that has now very recently past, will prove to have been quite expensive in terms of value lost for those holding for a while.

RSI is still extremely low and bearish MACD.

I was hoping to see a retracement from the current downtrend but it has not happened yet, instead a further drop off the established downtrend.
Bears are winning.
