NBCC at support level on daily time frame with symmetrical triangle, one can buy half at current price and average it at 33 with strict SL @30.15 on daily time frame closing basis. TGT1 : 36.20 TGT2 : 38.60.

For breakout traders, wait for the price to close above 41 on a daily basis.
