To elaborate, BTC Dominance looks bearish on bigger time frames, and BTC is ranging which is why bigger market cap ALTs Ie. DOT, Solana etc. have been rallying. if BTC continues to range and BTC Dominance continues to drop, the money will start flowing into more speculative altcoins like MEME soon. But obviously nothing is perfect, why you manage risk.
