Question On Lower Daily Highs and Higher Daily Lows,Litecoin-LTC

I am completely new at trading.I been trading Litecoin for a month now.I wait for the lowest daily low and sell close to the previous daily high.But What I been noticing that everyday the daily low has been higher and the daily high have been getting lower.Now Im a complete new at trading and I wonder if there is a terminolgy for this?In my opinion and how I feel is that I should not buy at this moment cause I really can't tell if its going to go any higher or if Litecoin will take another crash.
I would highly appreciate you guys opinions.Or anything that will teach me a thing or 2.Thanks in advance
