LTCGBP now in a downtrend?

-RSI support line broken, retested and currently moving lower..
-RSI head and shoulders, possible retrace to 25-27 range - previous support/resistance..
-Looking for a retrace to the .5, .556, .618 fib
-Will this coincide with a touch of the rising trend line and find support?
