LTC-BTC time for some action? at long, long last?

So broke another of it's triangles. Could be now forming a bullish pennant (so far usually ltc fails lol)
But this looks decent to me. I would personally buy the retest. But that's me - not financial or investment advise.

Always good to have a backup line. : )
However, on the 4H it closed below even that, so perhaps higher time frames are what this trade is about.
