The return of the Fractal

So what if this fractal of January is coming back to life? We would see a 1.30 USDT value!

And how do we get there?
I've drawn a big and small fib retracement, in this fib levels we see an overlap on 1.08 USDT. This has been a key level for KCS before and i assume it'll be again.
So there's basically (like always) 2 options. The volume increases and we'll forget it was ever an resistance and bash right through to follow the trend.
Or the volumes decreases and we'll be heading back down to lower levels.

So what's it gonna be? I'm for sure bullish on KCS! And do you know why?
