IWM heading for that break out moment

notes on chart and... Bolinger and VIX should be tightening and ready to explode, but the charts and data don't indicate that. "Don't feel, just think, trust the charts". Are catalysts planned or do they just happen, like accidents? Buy it up, and sell it big, changed to buy up positions on growth and sell and rotate. I think when the rotation is complete, the big sell begins, when there are no more retail buyers.
