Owner of GrokTrade: Looking to go long small caps

I will be long the market, once again, if we get a confirmed bounce off this important trendline, which it appears to be doing. HOWEVER, I expect the next upleg to be short-lived as this is a rising wedge formation, which is largely much more bearish than bullish.
