IOTA could break out but I'm doubting

Hello there, iota is in a falling wedge (very bullish pattern), MACD just crossed and have a lot room to go up (good signal). But...volume is decreasing...what does this tell us? I would say, that we must only buy the breakout if there is clearly big volume at that moment.

What does the CMF say in your opinion?
