IOTA Cup and Handle?

Looks like a cup and handle forming after Fib retrace. Resistance around .00034 BTC. Maybe new Aall time highs if we break past the 1.618 fib line? IOTA seems under-bought. Handle probably won't form for the next few days. When the RSI hits 30 we'll probably see a lot more buy volume. A good time to build a position possibly?
