Making of a BIG TRADE

There are two types of trades :
1)with the best structure
2) so beaten down, but risk reward is great


Why i selected this stock to trade?
1) traditional technical analysts will call this stock a laggard, because while nifty is at all time highs, this stock is nowhwere near its highs.

but if we look more closely, this stock bottomed on the same day as nifty, and moved up more than 25% in its first leg.

2) Attempted bo, this was a valid trade here, but this stock was not in my list at this time. bo failed and stock retraced

3) look at the volumes on retracement, very little selling is coming

4) look at the reversal volumes, big volume expansion

5) again stock tried to move above prior resistance, but failed, however, it did not fall much at all

6) inside day, after along wick, within a larger consolidation, where 2 shakeouts have played out, weaker hands are out, this is when the stock is ready for immediate move up
