IBM ACCUMULATION IS ON HOLD FOR NOW.

We were looking establish a value position here, and watch it run to $150;

This stock isn't going anywhere sitting below $120, and Momentum is back in play.

Will keep on small position, and keep an eye on this for movement and possible rotation into Value.
