$I Testing Huge Support on Panic RSI Reading.. Bounce Time?

I shares have been destroyed, but Feds are now saying they will push some cash at the company after taking it spectrum for 5G. The stock has crashed to RSI under 20 print and just testing massive weekly chart support for a possible bounce setup.
