Upwards potential considering the riskiness of hertz decreases some unkown percentage now that it has slapped together a deal with credit suisse to handle their debt.

Slightly better probability now but still significant downside risk of bankruptcy.

The bet is will this company go under ... forever ... or will it emerge from bankruptcy lighter on the books and ready to buy Teslas?

Earnings in ~4 days will reveal a lot. Both downside and upside potential but considering they just wiped a bunch of debt... this could go up a bit
