Hang Seng...The Bulls attack next area

Hello Traders,
Hang Seng has closed the week at 27090.81, just tics below it`s intraday high at 27116! HS as also risen above the declining trendline, that I have drawn at chart and croosed that line at Tuesday trading seesion. HS Volatility is declining still, and for now there is no sign for rising Vola within the next sessions.
By observing the daily chart, the next resistance is the 27260 zone, the high of Dec 3+4! If this level is taken out of marked, the next target could be at 27958.56 area, the wave „4“ level of lesser degree
To the downside, the level of 24540.63, the low of Oct. 30 is MoB for the impulsiv structure. Trading below that level will need again an „adjustment“ of the wave structure.
