Is HK50 going for a double top pattern?

I've been observing HK50 for a few days. it's been consolidating for two weeks now, and the main reason for its reversal was the Chinese government's pledge to provide support to its financial market. Two weeks have passed, and yet we are waiting. I think HK50 is going for a double top pattern. What are your thoughts?
