Cup, handle, wedge?
Followup to my previous idea, I adjusted that final wedge after today's drop, and it meets the upper line right on today's close, with fresh news of the sale of their Niagara facility, we'll see tomorrow (currently up AH) ..

probably more news in the pipeline, only delisted from the index, not exchange, and compliance is by december
