Currently forming an obvious double bottom, as long as we have a candle close above the trend line and continues to stay above 0.1241, we can confirm that a new ATH will be reached for sure.
It would be wise to get in during this double bottom action only when the price has started a clear breakout candle close out of the resistance line.
