HCAT forming an ascending triangle, volume spiked up over the last week or two as it broke through one of its major horizontal resistances and is currently retesting. I am expecting the initial retest to fail, before it revisits the diagonal support and takes off from there.
RSI has been neutral, which supports my idea this will need some more time to simmer, before it takes off, if it does.
