The Magic of Cycles - Part II

This chart reviews the four major cycles affecting humanity, being the:
- Kondratieff Cycle;
- Strauss-Howe Generations Cycle;
- W.D. Gann Property Cycle; and
- Solar Cycle.

I contrast these cycles with Global events of the time, the price of Gold, the US M2 monetary aggregate, and US Interest rates.

Just a couple of points:
- The cycles are not actually symmetrical and some peaks are skewed towards the end of their cycles, so be careful not to read too much into cyclical peaks or the slope of the curves.
- Also, due to the subtle variability of the respective cycles, these cycle periods are approximations only and get less accurate the further removed they become from the current timeframe.
- 1914 is the concensus date for the Kondratieff bottom at that time, which raises the prospect of a repeating cycle of c.1314 months duration following the bottom around 2030.
