Move to 1.42 before the drop ?

Enter above this daily close to confirm a move higher. Already entered @ 1.3950 stop below previous bounce @ 1.3890 with target 1.4220 and 1 buy stop @ 1.4075
I suspect dollar will be weak till febuary close
