H4 We don't have any bearish divergence therefore I'm looking for a correction before we get the higher high. What the corrective structure down will look like is anyone's guess at this stage.
Look for shorts on the lower timeframes 1st targeting the 38.2fib. It's important to note theres no confirmation wave Y is over at this stage.

Here's an M15 trade setup you could take if the bearish divergence holds and you get solid M15 candle TL break. If you don't get that and invalidation point gets taken out leave it alone.

We have broken the top, price continue to push higher in wave Y. The pattern has not changed, I still expect the X wave correction before we get the Z up. I will continue to look for short setups on the lower timeframes.

H4 We got the MACD cross down so what I would like to see now is a similar wave X as the first one. To trade this I need a similar size correction, TL break and H1 bullish flag ultimately targeting the 161.8fib.
