Bullish Idea on GBP/JPY
Good morning traders! Today we want to show you our analysis on the 4H chart in GBP/JPY.
🔸As we can see, the price has been in a downward movement for more than a month. We could even consider this movement like a lateral one since it is a great consolidation.
🔸If we analyze it internally, we see that the price during the last weeks generated a clear upward momentum, and now we see the correction of that move.
🔸The price bounced in the demand zone and is in a small corrective structure.
🔸To confirm this view, we are waiting for a bullish breakout. If this happens, we may see a price retest to the descending trend line.
🔸That will be the first important zone that will define a continuation or a reversal.
🔸If we see a clear breakout, the next zone to look out for is the Resistance zone.
