interesting run is there time to join in on the train?!

this stock has been on an uptrend for quite some time now and it looks to have consolidated in the low 17s, i still see more upside considering not alot of volume is moving this stock up

id set a stop loss of 10% but really this has alot of price momentum going for it not sure if id short it go LONG for a good 15%
