$FRC Tightening, Possible Breakout?

Times are weird, and it is possible that we will be seeing some sector rotation here, as the tech sector cools off from it's incredible run. FRC here tightening up for a potential breakout here, the question is will it be up or down? Financials has been a sector that has taken a beating over the last bullish period, if banks break back out and financials heat up, this play might be the harbinger of good times ahead for the banks.
