FOSL Bull Flag breakout on watch

This stock has been chugging up for quite some time now. Analyst price targets are around $35 and it looks like it may actually get there. The stock has made what looks like a textbook bull flag setup. If for whatever reason the bull flag is a mirage, there is still visible support at the 50 day moving average. Right now we just have to wait for some volume to come in, and for the top trendlines to break on the RSI and/or Price. I know nothing about the political environment or history of this company but the chart looks great, please let me know your thoughts.
