The price touches the bullish trend line and is getting to the bottom of the band (potential bullish reversal), further confirmation needed for bullish reversal
1. see if the price goes below the trend line and retest the 1st support and cimbs back OR
2. if the price goes up right after the 3rd touch on the trend line
